(Muzik) Hang, ilk kez 2000 yılında İsviçre'de üretilen bir müzik aletidir. "Hipnotik bir çalgı" olarak nitelendirilen Hang, Bern dilinde ve Macarca'da "el" anlamına gelmektedir. Hang'i iki İsviçre vatandaşı, Sabina Schärer ile Felix Rohner, dünyanın farklı bölgelerinde gerçekleştirdikleri uzun araştırma ve incelemeler sonucunda bir perküsyon enstrümanı olarak üretmişlerdir. Tamamen çelikten üretilen Hang, kucağa yerleştirilip, el ve parmaklar kullanılarak çalınır. İdiofon'lar grubuna giren enstrümanın, arp, gong ya da armonik tınıları andıran bir sesi vardır. Yüzeyinde bulunan küçük çukurlara vurularak titreşim yoluyla farklı sesler ve notalar elde edilir
