The formal ceremony for the granting of degrees by the Chancellor of the University Convocation/graduation ceremonies are held in April for the Agriculture Diploma Program, and in May/June and October for all other programs In addition, there is a February graduation (without ceremony) for students who complete their degrees in First Term February graduates are invited to participate in the May/June Convocation ceremony Any graduating students unable to attend Convocation will receive their degree in absentia
