CWM, Closed World Machine, is a semantic web and RDF program written in Python by Tim Berners-Lee It can be used for many things, including, but certainly not limited to, applying rules as a forward chaining inference engine, converting schemas in one format to another, and representing nodes and edges in a graph Out-of-the-Box Enterprise Edition uses CWM to process code written in Notation3 (N3) format and generate out RDF describing the graphs in this documentation The RDF is then transformed by rdf2dot xsl and the resulting dot files are rendered by dot and neato See Graphviz for slightly more details
