(Tıp, İlaç) Rabbit haemorrhagic disease (RHD), also known as rabbit calicivirus disease (RCD), is an infectious disease that affects only rabbits. It targets the hepatocytes of infected rabbits, leading to disseminated intravascular coagulation. The incubation period is 24 to 48 hours and death occurs 6 to 24 hours from the start of fever.
