Mescid-i Aksa (Arapça: المسجد الأقصى), İslam dinine inananlarca kutsal sayılan mekanlardan biri. Diğer adı Haremüşşerif (Al-Haram al-Qudsi al-Sharif). Mescid-i Aksa, Kudüs şehrinde bulunan Müslümanların ilk kıblesidir. Türkçe'de "En Uzaktaki Cami" anlamına gelir. "Beyt-i Makdis" veya "Beyt-i Mukaddes" adı da verilir.
