The individaul shall meet the standards which govern appointment and promotion to the rank of Assistant Professor In addition, he/she shall have established a consistently good reputation as a scholar and have demonstrated a high quality of productivity Normally, the individual will have served at least three years as an Assistant Professor Associate Professors are senior members of the faculty (LSU System PM-23)
