(Muzik) Hang, ilk kez 2000 yılında İsviçre'de üretilen bir müzik aletidir. "Hipnotik bir çalgı" olarak nitelendirilen Hang, Bern dilinde ve Macarca'da "el" anlamına gelmektedir.
