A webbed neck is a description of a skin fold that runs along the sides of the neck down to the shoulders. There are many variants. It is a feature of Turner syndrome and Noonan's syndrome, as well as the rarer Klippel-Feil syndrome. It is often visible on babies, look like loose folds of skin on the childs neck. As the growth of the child occurs the skin stretches out to look like there is little or no neck
