A coach is an enclosed vehicle with four wheels which is pulled by horses, and in which people used to travel. Coaches are still used for ceremonial events in some countries, such as Britain. Four-wheeled, horse-drawn carriage with an enclosed body and an elevated seat in front for the driver. The coach originated in the 15th century in Hungary (where kocsi originally meant "wagon from the town of Kocs"). It was introduced in England in the mid-16th century.
